Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have reportedly split after nearly a decade of on-again, off-again romance, sources tell TMZ. The couple, who got engaged in 2019 and share a four-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove, had been weathering public and private tensions for months.

The breakup became increasingly evident as Bloom is reportedly planning to make his “debut as a single man” at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s upcoming wedding in Venice. A source told TMZ, “He’s the life of the party, and he’s gonna hit the dance floor hard!”

Rumors had already been circulating due to Perry’s decision not to attend the wedding, which she reportedly declined despite being closer to the couple. As Elle reported, “Katy feels like they’re really her friends more than his… She feels like it’s a ‘fuck you’ to her from him”

According to Page Six, the couple planned to separate after Perry wraps her Lifetimes Tour, which ends June 30 in Adelaide. One insider put it bluntly: “It’s over. They are waiting till her tour is over before they split.”

The cracks began to show in April, when Perry’s Blue Origin spaceflight drew criticism, not just from the public, but from Bloom himself. “He told her the whole thing looked ridiculous. He said it was cringeworthy. Embarrassing. This was in the middle of a fight, and it hurt her feelings,” a source told the Daily Mail.

The tension deepened as Perry rented out the $30 million Montecito estate she and Bloom once intended as their family home. Actor Chris Pratt and his family now occupy the mansion, symbolizing a physical and emotional step back from the couple’s shared future.

Professionally, Perry has faced headwinds. Her album 143 was widely panned, and sources cited career-related stress as a driving factor in the split. “Katy was deeply frustrated following the reception of her new album. It made her very stressed. Orlando was understanding, but it did cause some tension,” an insider told People.

Even in earlier interviews, both hinted at the difficulties. Bloom told Flaunt, “Her pool is not a pool that I necessarily understand, and I think my pool is not a pool that she necessarily understandsWe definitely battle with our emotions and creativity.” Perry previously claimed their arguments “only ever make them stronger,” but that no longer seems to hold.

The couple first met at a Golden Globes after-party in 2016, split in 2017, and reconciled the following year. While they never married, they were among Hollywood’s most high-profile duos.

No official statement has been released by either party, but the solo wedding attendance and public confirmations from multiple outlets make it clear: Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are officially done.
